Reese Witherspoon, 36, and talent agent husband, Jim Toth, welcomed their first child together on Wednesday, a baby boy named Tennessee James Toth.

Witherspoon’s agent told E Online:

“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.”

Baby Tennessee is Witherspoon’s third child. She has two children, Ava, 12 and Deacon, 9 with her former husband, actor Ryan Phillippe.

Witherspoon met her current husband, Toth, through the talent agency that currently represents her. Toth is one of the lead executives for motion picure talent at Creative Artists Agency. Toth also represents Scarlett Johansson, Amber Heard and Kat Dennings.

Witherspoon was rumored to have experienced some minor pregnancy complications in early August when she was reportedly admitted to a Los Angeles hospital while eight months pregnant. The incident turned out to be nothing however and Witherspoon went on to give birth to a healthy baby boy.
