A woman who calls herself ‘Human Barbie’ has defended her decision to buy her daughter a boob job for her 7th birthday.

Sarah Burge, aged 50, has spent more than £500,000 on her own surgeries to make her look like Barbie. She hit the headlines last year for taking 6 year old daughter Poppy to pole dancing lessons.
In the week that David Cameron launched a crack down on child sexualisation, Sarah bought her daughter a £6,000 breast augmentation voucher, which she can use when she turns 16.
Poppy said; “I wanted a new computer, a holiday and a voucher for surgery. When I got it all, it was a dream come true. I can’t wait to be like Mummy with big boobs.”
Poppy was given the voucher at her £12,000 ‘exotic pamper party’, which the Metro reported took place on a giant pink bus. The guests had manicures on the bus, while Poppy opened other presents, including a £450 jewellery set and a £4,000 spa break.
“Poppy isn’t interested in bouncy castles or pass the parcel, so I splashed out on something a little more grown up.” defended Sarah, during an interview with Closer, where it was claimed that Sarah writes raunchy novels and hosts swinging parties.
