A Georgia teen has been arrested and charged with child cruelty after a video of him launching an infant across the room was reported to police.
The video posted on YouTube shows the teenage boy putting a baby on one side of a large, inflatable pillow on the floor.
The boy then jumps on the pillow and the baby flies several feet across the room before landing on the floor and crying.
The 16-year-old Lee County boy was arrested Tuesday after a school teacher saw the video and called the sheriff’s office. The boy’s name was not released because of his age.

A teenager in Florida alleging she was raped is airing her plight on YouTube, after she didn’t see justice done in the court system.
“Hi, my name is Crystal … I need some help. I didn’t want to do it this way, but it’s the only way I know that’s going to work, that someone out there in the world is gonna listen to me.”
The teen, whom CNN interviewed but is not identifying by her last name, is among dozens of young people who are turning to social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace to talk about sexual assault.
For an online generation, the Web offers what traditional counseling does not. It’s a chance to communicate without having to face someone or fear their judgment. Some people are seeking legal advice and medical information, and many younger victims believe they can warn others about their accused attacker, counselors say.

And where were all these kids parents?? And why aren’t parents raising their children to have compassion? Boundaries? Morals? Ethics?
It’s a mad house I tell you! A mad house!
LAKELAND, Fla. — Eight teenagers have been arrested on charges alleging they beat another teen in an “animalistic attack” so they could make a videotape to post on YouTube.
Seven of them remained in juvenile detention Tuesday, authorities said. A boy who was charged as an adult had been released on bail.
Victoria Lindsay was attacked on March 30 by six teenage girls when she arrived at a friend’s home, authorities said.
One of the girls struck the 16-year-old victim on the head several times and then slammed her head into a wall, knocking her unconscious, according to an arrest report.

Police are looking for the person who egged young boys on to beat each other up and then posted it on YouTube…
BRITISH police and social workers are investigating “appalling” footage posted on YouTube showing two boys fighting each other.
The children, aged between 10 and 12, exchange punches, kicks and headbutts as a man filming the attack goads them into becoming more violent.
Police appealed for information to identify the two boys and the amateur filmmaker, who is heard sniggering behind the camera as the pair fight.
He encourages the boys to “smack the s–t out of each other”, orders them not to hug and says: “You’re fighting like girls, fight properly.”

One of the downsides of having a vast site that relies heavily (if not totally) on user generated content is that it can become increasingly difficult to monitor the content for inappropriate material. Such is the case for YouTube, who is coming under fire for making it too easy for users to upload violent and pornographic material after a video was shown of a British mother being gang raped.
In the clip, which was filmed with a mobile phone, the mother appears to be unconscious, with her head lolling from side to side, as she is repeatedly raped. Her 2-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son are heard crying in the background.
The mother, from South London, told The Sun that she had been put through the ordeal after drinking champagne that had been spiked with a date-rape drug.
“Three boys aged 14 to 16 did it and it was set up by two girls,” she said. “They came round with a neighbor I trusted and I had no problems with them coming in for a while.”
She said that she opened a bottle of champagne “to be social” and that within seconds of having a glass, she began to feel strange.
A video of the episode was later placed on YouTube, but the clip was quickly taken down after a viewer complained about its graphic nature. It is understood to have been seen 600 times.
