FBI: Substitute teacher arrested on charges of robbery

Quincy Benton, a 40-year-old substitute teacher is currently facing multiple felony charges after being arrested by the FBI. Benton was arrested on Putnam City school grounds in Oklahoma City in connection with a 2010 bank robbery.
