Quincy Benton, a 40-year-old substitute teacher is currently facing multiple felony charges after being arrested by the FBI. Benton was arrested on Putnam City school grounds in Oklahoma City in connection with a 2010 bank robbery. Benton worked a total of 80 days teaching as a substitute at Putnam City Schools. This week the children of Redwood Heights Elementary School of Oakland, California were introduced to gender diversity using examples of gender variety in nature.
