As Dennis Miller says, “Christ, lady! It’s a vagina, not a clown car!” That’s right, large brood matriarch Michelle Duggar, who, along with her husband and 18 children appear on the TLC show 18 Kids and Counting announced today on her blog that she’s expecting their 19th child.

Can you imagine? I thought my baby years might be behind me, but now we’ve learned we are expecting baby #19 in March!

Right now, I’m feeling sick and tired, which means things are happening! I keep that perspective to get me past that three-month mark.

A lot of women feel different, depending if it’s a boy or a girl. For me, it seems with each pregnancy, from about the sixth week to the twelfth week, I feel that nausea and queasy feeling. I keep almonds in my purse, and I don’t know if it’s the protein, iron, or whatever, but it keeps me going. I might snack on pretzels, and small little bits of protein during the day.

“He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialled an ambulance.”

The report says that Spears is keeping a vigil at the toddler’s beside, while his father Kevin Federline is planning to travel to Kentwood to be with his son.

“And you should see what pregnancy has done to her knockers!”

“The day she found out she was pregnant, she became a woman,” Joe Simpson tells PEOPLE.

“She’s concerned about what she eats and how she prepares for the child and [details like], is the baby’s room ‘green’ enough?” he explains. “It’s a transformation you never expect as a parent – you pray for it, but never expect it. She’s ready for this baby!”

You mean parents *aren’t* supposed to get their kids Botox injections for smelly feet? Interesting.

In Superior Court papers, the judge also said Stone “delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties” and has “simply refused” to participate in counseling unless her “schedule is accommodated and her demands are met.”

“Such conduct on the part of any parent … is unacceptable and does not serve the child’s best interest,” the San Francisco judge writes in the document, which is a tentative statement on Stone’s motion to modify custody.

The judge has turned down Stone’s request to move her son Roan to Los Angeles, where she lives, from his father Phil Bronstein’s home in San Francisco. The actress is allowed visitation time with the child, getting some weekends and holidays.

Nicole Kidman gave birth to a healthy baby girl this morning. The baby’s name? Sunday. We’re not kidding.

[Kidman’s husband Keith] Urban posted a message on his Web site that said: “Earlier this morning Nic gave birth to our beautiful baby girl, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can share this joy with all of you today.”

The baby is the first for Kidman and Urban. She has two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, from her marriage to Tom Cruise. Kidman recently told Vanity Fair that she had a miscarriage early on in her relationship with Cruise, leading them to adopt.

Oh, joy, the moment we’ve been waiting for is almost finally here. All right, so we weren’t waiting for it. Actually, we had even forgotten she was pregnant. Can she perhaps stop with the kids now? Poor Brad is getting gray hairs in his goatee, for chrissakes.

Brangelina’s twins aren’t here yet, but the big day is drawing closer. The seafront Lenval hospital in Nice in the south of France said Tuesday that Angelina Jolie had checked in at its Santa Maria maternity clinic to be kept under doctors’ surveillance and get some rest before she gives birth.

“There’s no urgency. It’s been planned for a long time,” said Nadine Bauer, a hospital spokeswoman. “She’s very well. Everything is fine.”

“She is not on the verge of giving birth, not at all,” she said. “It’s not for right away.”

The 33-year-old actress will almost certainly remain in the hospital until she gives birth, Bauer said. She said Jolie was admitted recently but would not say exactly when.

Never fear, she has a Lexus and even bad things seem better when you drive a Lexus.

Actress Jennifer Garner accidentally locked her keys in her Lexus SUV while shopping this week in Brentwood, Calif., with daughter Violet.

The real problem for Garner was when she realized the two-year-old was in the car, holding the only key, The Daily Mail reported Friday.

Panic set in, but not for long, as Violet was able to eventually follow Garner’s instructions on how to push the button to open the door, The Mail reported.

Not a huge surprise, since Ms. Spelling was scheduled to deliver by c-section, but we’ll report it anyway.

According to People magazine, the baby, who will be named Stella Doreen McDermott, weighed 6lbs 8oz when she was born at a Los Angeles hospital via C-section.

Spelling had previously revealed that she was expecting a girl, saying: “I’ve always wanted a little girl since I’m such a girly girly.”

Reports have confirmed that Jessica Alba has given birth to a baby with arguably some of the best DNA on the planet.

The tot’s name is Honor Marie Warren, said Brad Cafarelli, Jessica’s representative.

The Sin City beauty married beau Cash Warren last month in a secret ceremony at the Beverly Hills courthouse, failing to invite even close friends and family.

The pair met in 2004 on the set of blockbuster The Fantastic Four.

Alba and Warren recently moved into a $4 million (R30 million) mansion in L.A. in preparation of their first child.

Ashlee Simpson is pregnant, a source confirmed to Usmagazine.com.

The singer, 23, is expecting her first child with fiancé Pete Wentz, 28.

Simpson and the Fall Out Boy frontman announced their engagement Wednesday.

“We are thrilled to confirm their engagement and congratulate this happy couple,” a spokesperson for the couple told Us. “Beyond that there is nothing to say.”
