Wow, talk about a fortunate circumstance — the mother is going to have quite a tale to tell at her next playgroup.
A baby blown onto railway tracks and run over by a train survived with little more than a bump.
The six-month-old child was sitting in a buggy when a strong gust of wind blew it off the platform and into the path of an oncoming train in the Swiss town of Moehlin.
“The train went over the child but luckily it had fallen between the rails,” said a police spokesman, adding that the driver made an emergency stop after seeing the buggy roll toward the edge of the platform.

Jill Campbell and her husband, Gary Campbell, brought to light a case of pedophilia at an Ethiopian orphanage run by a Swiss charity. While the charity has admitted that the director of the orphanage was involved with the child abuse, they take umbrage at the Campbell’s claims that they covered up the assaults.
“We asked them to stop defaming us and they said no,” said Colin Tucker, child protection manager for Terre Des Hommes in Switzerland. “Then the court asked them to stop defaming us and she said no again.”
The Campbells, who have lived in Ethiopia for more than a decade, have drawn wide support in Ethiopia. A group formed to support them, Stop Institutional Pedophilia in Ethiopia, said the charity is “forcing Gary and Jill to apologize for blowing the whistle and stopping the chain of homosexual abusers victimizing orphans.”
Gary Campbell issued a public apology for the comments last month, then said he did so only because nobody would be able to care for the couple’s children if they both went to jail.
