An 18-year-old in Texas has been arrested for allegedly robbing, sexually assaulting, and kidnapping a 63-year-old woman. Bet he had a real great home life growing up!
The 63-year-old woman was found Friday, 16 hours after her attacker tossed her into the well. She was found hours after the suspect had been stopped in her car.
[Joshua James] Cannon was arrested Friday night on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Cannon remained in jail on Wednesday evening on bonds totaling $168,000. An attorney was not listed for him, a jail official said.
Relatives of the victim became concerned Friday afternoon when they couldn’t find her. They checked her cell phone and found a message from Seagoville police, who said a car registered to her had been impounded after its driver was stopped for reckless driving.

A 20-year-old who broke into a house into an Indiana house and sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl has been sentenced to 32 years in prison. We think there should be an extra zero at the end, but we’ll take it over a slap on the wrist that some of these sickos receive.
The girl has needed counseling, and her parents learned that she contracted a sexually transmitted disease from Jesus Alberto Valenzuela, Deputy Prosecutor Gillian DePrez said during a sentencing hearing.
A Marion Superior Court judge sentenced Valenzuela to 32 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to burglary and child molesting charges stemming from the early morning break-in Aug. 24.
Valenzuela, 20, nodded as an interpreter translated Senior Judge Charles Wiles’ questions before accepting his plea.
The girl’s parents attended but didn’t testify. The family has moved from the city.

According to a new law that became effective May 5, Mander could face a 25-year-to-life prison term if convicted of rape of a child. Sexual abuse of a child carries the potential for a prison term of six, 10 or 15 years to life.

Two high school freshman basketball players face charges of sexually assaulting another freshman basketball player.
It is unknown if this was a hazing incident or pure sociopathy, either way, it’s disturbing to say the least.
MIAMI TWP. - Three members of the freshman boys basketball team at Milford High School are expected to be charged Monday with gross sexual imposition involving another ninth-grader on the team, police said Friday.
The freshman basketball game Friday against Anderson High School was canceled, Milford Superintendent Robert Farrell said.
The school will impose disciplinary action against the students on Monday, Farrell said. He declined to say if that would involve suspensions or expulsions.

While Fox news is reporting the girls who shoved glue up a Kindergartener’s private parts as “predators”, it would be my guess that these Kindergarten perpetrators were exually abused themselves. Kids learn what they are taught and what they experience.
Not that these girls shouldn’t suffer consequences for their actions. Obviously, the assumed abuse has not taught these girls boundaries or the difference between right and wrong. I’m sure time will present further disturbing facts about these little girls.
A Texas kindergartener is accusing two of her female classmates of sexual assault, MyFoxHouston reported on Monday.
“She said two of the girls at school put glue in between her legs, in her private parts,” the mother of the 6-year-old girl told the station. “Someone hurt my baby; she just seems different now.”
The alleged attack took place inside a school bathroom, according to the report.
Doctors confirmed the unidentified girl suffered vaginal trauma and that glue was present when they examined her, the station reported.

Monica Modica is some deep doo doo for having intercourse and oral sex with a 15 year old boy and 16 year old boy. On top of all that, she is a nasty, nasty, haggered lookin’ bee-otch. Throw away the key!
NEW CITY, N.Y. — A former suburban prosecutor and PTA president had sex with two underage boys, joined many other teens in booze and pot parties and kept it all a secret from her police chief husband, officials said Tuesday.
Beth Modica, 44, was indicted on 35 counts alleging statutory rape, criminal sex acts, sex abuse and endangering children. Wearing an olive-gray suit and handcuffs, she pleaded not guilty at her arraignment in Rockland County Court and was ordered held on $75,000 bail.
“These are serious charges, against children in her community,” said Judge Catherine Bartlett. The judge issued orders of protection for the two boys involved, whose names were not made public.

This reads eerily like an episode of “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit”, doesn’t it?
PIERRE, S.D. — A former state lawmaker was sentenced Thursday to 44 years in prison for raping two foster daughters in phony medical examinations he said would help them sell their reproductive eggs to infertile couples.
Former state Rep. Ted Klaudt, 49, appears to have no sympathy for his victims or understand that what he did was wrong, Circuit Judge James W. Anderson said, turning aside a request for a shorter sentence.
The girls lived with Klaudt and his wife as part of a program that provides foster care for youths after they leave juvenile reform programs. One of them served as a page in the Legislature when Klaudt was a lawmaker.

Totally sick and disgusting on so many levels…
AUSTIN, Texas — Two boys, ages 11 and 14, have been charged with breaking into the home of a 60-year-old woman and trying to sexually assault her, police said Tuesday.
The boys wore bandanas and gloves when they broke through a window in July, and one of them tried to sexually assault her but stopped when a heart device was triggered, Detective Scott Stanfield said.
