The babies died of “multiple acute blunt force traumas,” a criminal complaint said, but it did not specify how the injuries occurred.

Sauk County District Attorney Patricia Barrett said they either were hit with something or were hit into something.

“These are non-accidental. Somebody had to cause them,” she said.

Defense lawyer Paul Polacek said he may ask for the charges to be dismissed because the complaint doesn’t say how the defendant is alleged to have killed the infants.

As if it wasn’t obvious that Oliver Thomas Bernsdorff, who went on a killing spree last December, was a mentally ill psycho, the note police have discovered may clinch it.

A Pinellas County teacher who fatally shot his ex-wife, their two children, another woman and himself in December left behind a letter that indicated the killings would cleanse the world of “sociopathic” and “unethical” tendencies, according to newly released documents.

“Though this act may be viewed as depraved and evil, it does, in fact, leave the world a better place,” authorities said Oliver Thomas Bernsdorff wrote in a letter found on his computer after the slayings.

Ballistics tests confirm Bernsdorff used the same gun in all the killings and to take his own life when state troopers tried to pull him over for driving erratically, Clearwater police spokeswoman Elizabeth Daly-Watts wrote in a statement.

Yet another mentally ill mother murdering her toddler and critically wounding her other two babies.

We need to pass legislature, as soon as somebody is diagnosed with a mental illness, their children need to be taken away. Too many children are suffering at the hands of the mentally ill. How many children need to be abused or killed by their tormenters for political correctness??

CLARKSTON, Asotin County — A Clarkston mother shot three of her children, then turned the gun on herself, Asotin County Sheriff Ken Bancroft said Saturday.

Elizabeth Duman, 31, and her 18-month-old son Abraham were found dead and two more of her eight children suffered gunshot wounds inside their hillside home Thursday.

“At this time, the evidence indicates the deaths and injuries are the result of Elizabeth using a firearm,” Bancroft said in a news release Saturday.

Ruby Rose Duman, 3 months, remained in critical condition and her 3-year-old brother Johannes Duman was in serious condition Saturday at a Spokane hospital.
