Drivin’ that train, toddler high on cocaine

Sanford Police have arrested a mother after finding her 16 month old daughter home alone.
A doctor later found that that toddler had cocaine in her system.
Police were first contacted by the child’s grandmother. She told police that when she went to check on her daughter and granddaughter around 6 Saturday evening, her daughter was no where to be found.
