Imagine the anguish of the parents of an 11 year old boy who was abducted, thrown in the back of a U-Haul, raped repeatedly and suffocated to death, when the killers death sentence is temporarily lifted (perhaps indefinitely) because an undetermined amount of pain in the lethal injection as a violation of that killer’s rights??

What is wrong with this country that puts the rights of a KILLER, a CHILD MOLESTER before children?

Why is it that so many people think that the rights of adults to kill children supercedes the rights of that child? In the eyes of many adults, sexual assault and the death of a child just isn’t all that important and reduces the act to a rights of sociopaths, because they are adults and see children as objects. Any person who believes that is as morally challenged and derranged as the killer himself, but they somehow try to pass off their sympathy for the pedophile as being enlightened and elite. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Perhaps they fear for their own ability to commit such heinous acts.

Finally, Junny’s parents said, Schwab (the boys killer) called the boy’s school and pretended to be his father. He left a message to have Junny meet him and the school passed it along.

According to state records, on April 18, 1991, a schoolmate of Junny reported the boy got into a U-Haul truck with a man. Days later, Junny’s body was found in a footlocker. Authorities said he’d been raped and asphyxiated.

The family’s emotional wounds remain raw after all these years.

When they got the call that Schwab’s execution was stayed, the family drove to a relative’s home and debated what to do next.
