A North Carolina toddler, 2-years-old, died over the weekend after contracting E. coli from a county fair he attended over a week ago. Possible E. coli contamination caused the U.S. Department of Agriculture to issue a Class I recall for 40,000 pounds of ground beef products intended for Georgia school lunches.
