Foster parents are supposed to keep children safe. Where did the system go so horribly wrong, that Child Services would place a baby in the care of a woman and her boyfriend who brutalized, tortured and killed this poor little guy.

Her boyfriend, Lemar Martin, 25, was charged with assault and endangering a child’s welfare, as well as criminal possession of marijuana. The three lived in an apartment on Patchen Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

An autopsy yesterday found Kyle died from “multiple blunt impact injuries,” said Ellen Borakove, a spokeswoman for the city medical examiner. Police said more charges are pending.

The Associated Press reported that police said the boy had horrific signs of abuse, including a broken leg, and apparently had been sodomized before he died.

Cheatham’s and Martin’s relatives could not be reached yesterday.

With her mother within arms distance, a 3 year old was molested by a man who was stalking babies and toddlers in a Utah Walmart. As mothers turned their backs to pick items off a shelf, the man would unzip the pants of mere babes in their cart and molest them.

MT thinks this guy needs his unit and balls cut off and stuffed down his throat. He’ll forever remain a threat to children, so MT is gonna go with lifetime incarceration or the death penalty for this SOB. No kid will miss him, MT guarantees it. Not even sure if his own mother will miss him.

OREM, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Police in Orem are searching for a man they say molested a 3-year-old girl, while she sat in a cart, as her mother turned her back to pick up a product.

It happened at the Wal-Mart in Orem on May 14th. Police say surveillance video shows the man entering the store and aimlessly browsing, but really, police say, he was hunting for a potential victim.
