DC Comics is planning to reintroduce one of their major characters as gay in an issue expected to be released in June. Teen pleads guilty, admits to murder in “homophobic killing”

On Monday, Brandon McInerney plead guilty to killing fellow eighth-grade classmate Larry King at E.O. Green Junior High School in Oxnard, near Los Angeles. Student suicides bring school district under scrutiny

Minnesota’s largest school district is under federal investigation after allegations of bullying for reasons of sexual preference. Elementary School Uses Nature to Teach Gender Diversity

This week the children of Redwood Heights Elementary School of Oakland, California were introduced to gender diversity using examples of gender variety in nature.
