Three women have been placed under arrest after Delaware police say they staged an organized fighting match between a pair of 3-year-old toddlers who were in their care at the Hands of Our Future Daycare in Dover, Delaware. While the incident happened back in March of this year, police were not made aware until recently. Investigators say that they stumbled upon the evidence of the fight while investigating another incident which has not been made public.
The three women are also being accused of capturing the fight on video as evidence was found on one of the perpetrator’s cell phones. Police have arrested three women in connection with the assault. Tina Harris, 19, Estefania Myers, 21, and Lisa Parker, 47, were all charged with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, conspiracy and several counts of child endangerment.
Captain Tim Stump told WCAU News,”It’s painful to watch.”
“They are just whaling on each other. I mean, punching, hitting, slapping, pinching, throwing each other into tables. Clearly one of the children is crying and does not want to continue on and he is pushed back into the fray by one of the adults.”
One parent told WCAU, “They’ll reap what they sow.”
