Destinee Fields, a 16-year-old female, has reportedly run away from her foster home shortly after undergoing a liver transplant. Fields, who currently attends Gateway High School in Kissimmee, Florida, reportedly got on her bus on July 19 but never returned home. Fields was residing with a foster family at the time of her disappearance.
Authorities say they’re concerned because Fields left home without her medication, which could be life threatening. While Fields appears to be going online and communicating with friends, police haven’t been able to track her down. The Osceola County Sheriff’s office says Fields has run away before.
Fields is described as being a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 116 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. She has a 12 inch long scar on her abdomen from her liver transplant surgery. She was said to be wearing jeans, a white t-shirt and hoodie when she was last seen.
