Late Tuesday night, a San Antonio woman began decapitating stuffed animals before stabbing her husband.
Lisa Alarcon, 45, was watching television with her husband when she allegedly confronted him about cheating on her. KENS5 in San Antonio reports that the husband did not deny the cheating. Shortly after, Alarcon moved to the bedroom where she began dismembering stuffed animals given to her by her husband.
Alarcon then lunged at her husband with a kitchen knife, stabbing him in the arms.
The San Antonio Express-News reports that the husband told police that his wife began dismembering the stuffed animals while saying that she wanted to kill him.
Police reports indicate that Alarcon claims that she decapitated the stuffed animals because she was questioning why her husband would give them to her if he did not love her. She also claims that her husband attacked her first and cut her lip. Her husband maintains that she lunged at him. He was treated for injuries at the scene.
Alarcon was arrested and charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. She is in jail with bail set at $50,000.
