A Washington man was caught on camera after he put a young boy in a washer machine at a commercial laundromat. According to My Fox 8, the child was placed in the washer as a “joke” because the washer had a sign on it that read “Junior Wash $2.95″. The couple apparently joked around about being able to wash the youngster for only $2.95 and that’s when the man, believed to be the babysitter’s boyfriend, placed the young child, who appears to be about 1-year-old or younger, in the dryer and closed the door.
The video shows the babysitter at a nearby folding table when the incident occurred. After the man placed the youngster in the machine he closed the door, not realizing the washer would automatically turn on and lock.
You can see the child in the video, being spun around over and over again. The distraught couple then try to open the washer door without success, frantic, they start screaming and eventually a laundromat employee comes over and opens the door with his key.
The boy reportedly spent a full minute being tossed around in the machine. He is said to have only suffered minor injuries.
