Just days before Madonna’s big halftime performance during Super Bowl XVI, Madge has dropped her latest single “Give Me All Your Luvin’” from her upcoming album MDNA. Odds are pretty good it will make its way onto Sunday’s playlist.
If the Material Girl follows the usual trend of half-time performers spewing out a medley of their greatest hits, expect Madonna to dip into the 80s ink since this new single definitely leans more pop than dance. MTV compared the song to Madonna’s 1999 Grammy winner “Beautiful Stranger” and said it has a “deep nostalgia streak.” Indeed, in the middle of the video for the single, which also debuted on Friday, Madonna sports short, big curls reminiscent of her Vogue days.
