Parents accused of ignoring eczema after baby dies
Two parents in Sydney, Australia have been charged with manslaughter after their 9-month-old daughter died from severe eczema. One can’t even imagine the pain and suffering an infant would go through to actually die from a skin condition. To make matters worse, they were treating the child with homeopathic drops and allegedly refused to stop and fully switch to a more conventional treatment. Needless to say, the quack drops didn’t work.
In the last five months of her life, Gloria was subjected to repeated infections which “placed a great deal of stress on her body,” the prosecutor said. He added that the baby “wasn’t able to get sufficient nutrition to fight off infections to grow”.
Gloria died from septicemia, commonly referred to as blood poisoning, in May 2002 weighing just 11 pounds, which was “well below the third percentile for her age”, the court heard.

i have eczema and it itches all the time , Bleed if you scratch it ( like any kid would ) and if you dont get the right cream for it it gets worse & worse & worse

I know your “story”, AngelVeronicaFrancine, and abuse–even imagined abuse–isn’t a reason to be violent. Way to make excuses for yourself. Any therapist worth their salt would have told you that…..but you never went to a therapist because you were never abused. It’s quite common with behaviour disorders that you currently suffer from that you exaggerate and blow minor things WAY out of proportion. Example: mom takes away your Nintendo DS and you perceive her as being a vile bloated ugly b**** child abuser.

omg soo sad im 12 and ive had eczema all my life and i have these twitches where i cant control myself and i stomp or my arms fling plz help me!
