Drunk driving father leaves 4 of his children dead

A father who killed his 4 small children while drunk driving is expected to be charged with intoxication manslaughter which doesn’t even seem like enough, does it? In the state of Texas, intoxicated manslaughter can be a sentence as minimal as alcholol counseling and probation. MT is so sick of treating criminals like victims. He is no better than anybody else who kills a child, intentionally or not.

The driver, identified as Chanton Jenkins, is expected to be charged with at least one count of intoxication manslaughter after failing a sobriety test says Houston Police Department Spokesperson Kese Smith

Smith says that an HPD dive team assisted in pulling the vehicle from the bayou last night. Inside the vehicle were the bodies of three male children; a 4-year old, 7-year old and 11-year old, says Smith.

The remaining two female children, ages 1 and 3, are believed to have been swept away say police.
