Tennessee tornado kills new mom and infant
This is why I’ll never live anywhere without a basement…
Funkhouser ran outside and found his neighbor John Bryant lying in Funkhouser’s front yard, covered with blood and screaming.
“He kept saying that his wife and baby were out there with him, and he had to find them,” Funkhouser said.
Twenty minutes later, Funkhouser and other survivors found Bryant’s wife, Kori, dead in the gravel driveway under debris and 9-week-old Olivia Bryant was found dead buckled into her car seat, beneath carpet and a tree.

YOU ARE A JERK WITH NO SENSE OF MORALS OR VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE!!!
how dare you say this! If God wants to take someone home,He will take them wheather there was a basement or not! sad as it is,they will be missed by family and friends, and they will be mourned in a especially tragic and sad way from the way that they died. You are a JERK,Lady..and you need to GET A LIFE!
RIP Kori and Olivia Bryant..
And to whomever agrees with this soulless, heartless woman..YOU NEED TO GET A LIFE TOO! Yall need to be worrying about being SAVED instead of poking fun at this family for not having a basement! SHAME ON YOU!

Wow… what a freak.
Of COURSE we agree with this poster. That’s because it’s FACT that a basement room with no exterior walls nor windows is the best place to be. That’s not mocking this poor woman and her daughter… that’s admitting that strong storms are scary.
How is understanding the value of a solidly structured basement “poking fun at this family”?
Getting saved has nothing to do with anything…
Being in a basement is better than being in a yard, period.
Plus, “God is Good”, the surviving HUSBAND is now on a personal non-profit mission to equip every home in Tennessee with a storm shelter.
Are you saying he doesn’t believe in God for that reason?
Nutcase.
