Toddler has part of her skull removed due to child abuse
A father punched his 2-year old toddler so hard in the crotch, he fractured her pelvis and she suffered head injuries in which part of her skull had to be removed due to the intense swelling of her brain.
On Aug. 15, 2006, Bollinger is accused of aggressively shoving the girl, knocking her head into a wooden chest. Bollinger is also accused of penetrating the victim’s anus.
On Aug. 15, 2006, Nielsen took his daughter to West Anaheim Medical Center to be treated for head injuries, saying the girl had hit her head while playing at the park. Due to the seriousness of her injuries, the girl was transported to UCI Medical Center in Orange. Doctors found that the victim had severe brain trauma, a fractured pelvis, and a tear in her anus, prosecutors said.
