Missing Florida toddler might be in various places says mother’s lawyer

I truley believe the mother had everything to do with her daughter’s disappearance. NO mother that truely loved her child , I feel, could lie to investigators about the whearabouts of her daughter if she wanted her found. She’s hiding a lot of suspicious things and it just doesn’t sit right with me. Something is terribly wrong here and I feel she’s behind it 100%. She doesn’t look stable and it shouldn’t take having her mother’s “forgiveness” to provide more information about the case. Come on! You’re 22 years old and responsible for a 2 year old! A life that was given to you by (my personal beliefs) GOD. If she did something she needs to fess up and take the consequences and the grandmother needs to stress that to the public as well. She shouldn’t have to talk to her daughter for her to want to “give up” any additional information that she is clearly hiding. There’s a mental problem/game being played here. I think the whole family needs to be investigated further because I don’t think the grandmother is quite right in the head either. These are just my feelings after watching the airing on channel 3 news this morning. Sorry if they upset anyone.

I believe this attorney is a joke. I think the mother and the grandmother know all. The grandmother certainly isn’t winning in her rude, unstable attitude about people trying to get to the bottom of what happened to this beautiful child. I think she is dead and they seem to be making up their own senerio. When you study this grandmothers body lanuage and tone of voice it would seem she knows. Baez get a life, you certainly are protecting your image.

This man, Jose Baez, makes me sick. He is hindering the search for this precious child by keeping his client’s story/lies confidential. At what point does he grow a heart and make the decision to do the right thing? How does he sleep at night? I have never understood how lawyers can defend such scum, but he is going above and beyond by continuing the lies. In my mind, he is as guilty as the non-human he’s representing.

Get a psychic on the case. She is close.

Let’s stop all this nonsense and get in that cell and give her a shot of truth serum……I am so annoyed with the constant inference that all must stay hush hush to protect the little girl who is apparently with unscupulous people who will hurt her if the police get involved. .yada yada yada…….while they continue to go through with this Nancy Drew charade,conducting their “own” investogation, time is wasting away and the prospects of the professionals being able to do their job and locate her are being hindered..if they can’t force her to take the truth serum, I suggest you put Nancy Grace in that cell with her…….she’s talk to her!

if you listen to the 911 tape, all that led up to the disappearance. Its sickening! And then to hear the grandma say it smelled like a dead body in her daughters car. You don’t come right out and say that out of no where! I realize she was upset, but something had her thinking that to begin with. I believe she has her parents holding onto some hope that Caylee is still alive and is too ashamed to let them know the truth now that its gone on this far. I think she’ll eventually cave…but with more evidence!

ok, casey claims she left the child with zenada gonzales at a particular apt complex. a zenada gonzales is connected with the apt complex, as she applied for an apartment there. but she didnt take the kid.she never met casey or caylie. these two clues are real names and a real place. perhaps somebody took that kid and posed as this zenada gonazales? have they checked out teh employees at the aprt complex? applications with private sensitive info like social security numbers etc, are not left laying around. gonzales didnt actually live there so i doubt it was teh phone book or google. someobdy got that name, either casey herself or someobody else and posed as gonzales. i agree this grandmother is a nutcase, it appears she is very condescending and controlling, and that casey outwardly resents her.she speaks to her as if she is a child. on the other hand, if casey wanted to be free of the responsibility of caylie, it would seem she could have easily left her with her parents and wouldnt need to kill her. another theory is she did it to get back at her mother, however everyone close to her family says she was a loving, safe and responsible parent. so i’m not buying the pool accident theory. my son thinks she is hiding the kid from her mother. grandma doesnt seem to be consistant, seems to be manipulative, and is obviously holding back something. shes ina tough place, her daughter is in jail and her grandkid is missing. as for her losing her sims card, this happens, folks often switch out there sims cards for numerous reasons when there are multiple phones in the family. my kids ahve lost phones and sims cards before its not unheard of. as for the cops, they dont seem to be looking for a live child, no amber alert which i find odd.tehy seem hell bent on getting this mom to confess and not really investigating anything she says whether it makes sense or not.if they had been smart they would have let her go and followed her and tapped her phones etc. she was all over the place the kid coud be anywhere. as for teh bio father , c’mon, his family never knew he had a kid? casey never filed for child support as poor as she is? he went on to have a family and get married and never wondered about his OTHER kid? he died, and casey never filed ss survivor benefits? what woman do you know that doesnt file for child support? or want teh father involved? perhaps gramma didnt want him involved? it all just seems strange to me, this grandmotehr should be locked up too until she talks. the cops should continue looking for a LIVE child why not? investiage every lead and then go beyond that? casey is innocent until proven guilty. this is america. there are no laws that you ahve to tell your mother where your kid is at all times or else? i dont know i dont get it. her car was found abandoned, maybe it was stolen, maybe she was looking for caylie and ran out of gas. maybe she really is afraid caylie will be killed if she talks, its possible. anything at this point is possible. what really gets me is that name, zenada gonzales, and the fact that there is a real connection to the apt complex. its hardly a common name. something is not right here and i think the cops are incompetant. god bless caylie and stay safe until somebody finds you.

Shelby, I also think they should run a toxicology screen on Caylee’s hair that was found in the trunk. It would show if she was drugged, and at what intervals. For two years Casey said she was leaving Caylee with Zannie. Google the word Zannie, and you will find it is common slang for Xanax. I think odds are strong that Casey drugged and left Caylee in the car while she partied. She couldn’t afford a babysitter.
Also, about Cindy’s controlling behavior - I think she even named Caylee Ca (sey) y (Spanish for and) Lee = Caylee.

I was thinking the same thing Marie was. I was thinking she left her in her trunk so she could go and party. She gave her something to put her to sleep. I think she died in the trunk. When she came out of the club and seen what happened that is when she started calling her mother. The grandmother has the same look my mother had when she lost her son. She looks shell shocked. Until there is a body found, the grandmother has hope. My mother never got a chance to say good-bye. This is where the grandmother is at now. I feel so sorry for the grandmother she wants to believe her daughter so bad. She wants Caylee to come back. I pray that we are all wrong in what we are all thinking, but I have feeling that we are not wrong.
Andrea what you mentioned I have also wondered about that too. How did she happened to show them the apartment that the same name was on a list that was showed that zenada had been there. That I think is really strange twist in this.

Andrea– I’m not defending Casey or her family in this case…but I just wanted to inform you that there could be a very good reason why she doesn’t file for child support or want the father involved. He could have been abusive, he could have not cared, she maybe didn’t want to have to give Caylee up for holidays or weekends. That choice is up to the MOTHER.
