Missing Florida toddler might be in various places says mother’s lawyer

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

Are lawyers allowed to blatantly lie for their clients?

If this child is still alive, her mother isn’t sharing her whereabouts with her lawyer or anybody else. A mother that would abandon or kill her baby isn’t the type of mother who’s looking for a proper burial for her daughter.

A 2-year-old missing for more than a month may no longer be in central Florida and could even have been taken out of state, her mother’s attorney said.

Casey Marie Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez, suggested his client’s toddler daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, might be in Miami; Charlotte, N.C.; or even New York City, according to MyFOXOrlando.com.

Baez did not explain why he believes the child might be outside the area where she lived. He said the investigation into Caylee’s disappearance has been hindered by her 22-year-old mother’s imprisonment.

Shackled and handcuffed, a 13 year old female delinquent steels the van that was transporting her to prison. Could it be next years blockbuster?

A 13-year-old Lynwood girl being taken back to Illinois from southern Indiana in a prison transport van stole the vehicle and drove off after the lost driver stopped to ask for directions, police said.

And she did it all while handcuffed and shackled.

The girl, who made it to Chicago before getting caught, was ordered held in juvenile detention Friday.

Well, this is a new twist on ding-dong-ditch…

LITCHFIELD PARK, Ariz. — A mystery toddler between 18 months and 2 years old showed up on the doorstep of a Litchfield Park home late Friday night, police said.

Eight patrol units responded to the area and knocked on every door in a half-mile area in an attempt to locate the parents, Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies said.

Neighbors in the area also began calling friends in Litchfield Park who they knew had small children in an attempt to locate the parents, deputies said.

Infant may have been cut from woman’s stomach

A body recently dug up in Pennsylvania may be the mother of an infant brought to a Pennsylvania hospital and found to be unrelated to the woman who brought her in, claiming to be her mother.

The woman then claimed she purchased the infant for $1000. Foul play is suspected, especially because the body was found at the strangers apartment and because we all know that a black market baby goes for waaaaaay more than a $1000.

(CNN) — The body of a woman, found at the apartment of a Pennsylvania woman who arrived at a hospital with a newborn infant this week, had been partially eviscerated, and her uterus had been cut open, an autopsy found.

A placenta was found at the scene, the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, medical examiner said.

The body “was in a state of moderate decomposition” and the woman had been dead for about two days, Medical Examiner Karl Williams said in a written statement.

The woman’s hands and feet were bound by duct tape. The cause of death remains undetermined, Williams said.
