Father tortures infant and leaves her with brain damage
A three month old infant had to have half of her skull removed resulting from injuries of torture and abuse by her father. The infant had bruises all over her body, a blood clot in the brain, a fractured skull, many fractured ribs, a fractured wrist which has left her with brain damage. Her doctors believed the baby wouldn’t survive, but she did, although her quality of life will be anybody’s guess.
A 23-year-old Alburtis man charged with attempted homicide involving his 6-week-old daughter Easter weekend — the baby suffered a fractured skull, leg and wrist fractures and six broken ribs and was expected to die but survived — had his formal arraignment in Lehigh County Court on Thursday.
David J. Walsh waived the reading of the charges and was returned to Lehigh County Prison, where he has been held under $750,000 bail since his April 7 arrest. A trial date has not been set.

A trial date should NEVER be set for that mother fucker! How can you do that to a 3 month old?! Like I’ve said before, you’re supposed to love and cherish your babies! Hold them because they are a part of you!

How can the law allow a sick like that bail. He should never be set free. What did a 3month old baby do to provoke him, did she swear at him or did she hit him, no she couldnt even move on her own as yet, yet this lunatic beat her up so bad. Couldnt he find someone his own age to beat up, this mad bastard. I hope the people in his area would get a hold of him and beat him to death. Where the hell was the mother?? How could she leave a small baby with a sicko like that, she obviously knew he was abusive. I wish i could see her, i would scratch her eyes out, You enjoyed making the baby but you cant look after her. Dont spread your legs for just any man, you stupid bitch.

Looks like the baby is recovering and hopefully will not suffer much in the way of long term effects, depending on any brain damage.
Sounds like the father swung the infant into a wall like a baseball bat. Maybe he should be placed in one of those crash test dummy vehicles and sent into a wall at high speed.

In my whole life i have never heard such horrible stories… Why on Earth would anyone do such damage to a child?? Well i am going to school to help put a stop to all that stuff. But when you think about it, you will never be able to stop child abuse. As sad as it may sound but, we can help the children have a better life and help them to never lead that life when they have children….

THE MOM OF THE INFANT SAID THAT HE WAS NEVER VIOLENT BUT HE WAS JELOUSE THAT THE LITTLE GIRL WAS GETTING ALL OF THE MOTHERS ATTENTION THAT WHY HE WAS UPSET/ IF SHE KNEW THIS WHY THE HELL DID SHE LET HIM BABYSIT THE BABY? This is sick. Have you noticed a trend lately with low 20 something abusing and killing their children? It embarasses me as a 22 year old mother with a 2 year old son. If I had the resources I would become a lawyer for child abuse victim. However, my son is my life and anyting that would take away my time with him would not suit well with me. (just so you know i am in school for accounting, but it is an online program). I want the best possible life for my son. If I EVER, EVER found out that my son had “fell out of bed” on someone elses watch and had incurred injuries like this… they would have to either hospitalize me or keep the bastard in jail because you better BET I would come after the mother fucker. There is NO EXCUSE!!!!!!! Anyone with the BALLS to hurt a child should be executed. It’s not worth it to keep these people alive and being fed and entertained in a jail house that I pay for. I would rather pay MORE money to ensure that these people are wiped off the face of the earth and get what they deserve.
