Boys killed 2-year-old for fun
Jesus, how could kids so young turn into such monsters? Two brothers — ages 7 and 9 — kidnapped a toddler and tortured her to death.
Lttle Milagros, 2, disappeared from her shanty home in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Sunday and her family later found her body in a vacant lot 10 blocks away.
She had been stripped naked, beaten and strangled with telephone cord that was left around her neck. The discovery prompted neighbours to attack an adult suspected of the crime - until the two boys confessed.
It was revealed today the pair took sick delight in torturing their victim.

This brings tears to my eyes. That poor little thing. Those boys should be locked up for life. God bless that baby.

these boys shld be punished as adult, or remain in boys home for the rest of their life, they know what they doing. and if your law/policy remain the same - there is a possibility the same will happen again. in order to protect the youngs, something shld be done now rather than wait. furthermore, who knows, from now there maybe someone out there wants to follow their style by having pleasure taking other life and do you want this to continue? ask yr self and do not wait longer.

The two boys can’t be charged over the murder - Argentine law prohibits the prosecution of anyone under 18 years old….that may be the reason why 55% of armed robberies, shoplifting, etc are comitted by kids aged 5-17…..
