Mom abducted from Wal-Mart parking lot and raped

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

A mother was taken from a Florida Wal-Mart parking lot and raped and robbed in front of her toddler.

Further proof that going to Wal-Mart is like visiting a lawless country.

A Florida woman was raped Tuesday in a Wal-Mart parking lot while her 1-year-old baby was in the car, MyFOXOrlando.com reported.

The man forced the woman into her car at gunpoint around 6 a.m. and made her drive behind store, before allegedly raping her and then fleeing with her credit cards, according to the report.

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

File this one under “career suicide”. Daniel Markofsky, an elementary school principal in McHenry County, Illinois, was allegedly caught at a motel outside of Milwaukee with two sisters, ages 15 and 16. And he was accused of doing a bad, bad thing:

Markofsky and the teens smoked marijuana, drank alcohol and watched pornography, according to a police report. Markofsky has been charged with performing oral sex on the 16-year-old and exposing them to pornographic material, Glendale police said.

Markofsky met the 16-year-old through a telephone chat line, said police in Glendale, which borders Milwaukee to the north. The sisters are from the Milwaukee area, said Glendale Police Officer Joel Dhein.

Waukegan mom charged with stabbing daughter claimed girl was possessed

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

Nelly Vazquez-Salazar woman from Waukegan, Illinois charged with stabbing her 6-year-old daughter to death apparently told police that her daughter attacked her with a knife because she was “possessed”, and that it was self-defense. Vazquez-Salazar later recanted that story, but as to why she did something so horrendous to her child is still unclear.

Christian Alvarez, 25, who lives across the hall from Vazquez-Salazar, said he and his girlfriend were asleep in their apartment at about 4:30 a.m. when they were awakened by loud knocking on their door.

Vazquez-Salazar was screaming and crying hysterically, trying to speak with an emergency dispatcher on her phone but having trouble communicating because of her poor English. She did not appear to have any blood on her, Alvarez said. Vazquez-Salazar at first told Alvarez there was an intruder in her apartment trying to kill her. But when Alvarez asked where her daughter was, her story shifted; she said she had been asleep when Evelyn approached her bed with a knife, threatening “in a different voice” to murder her, Alvarez said the woman told him.

“We were in shock,” he said.

Teens arrested for beating up girl and filming it

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

And where were all these kids parents?? And why aren’t parents raising their children to have compassion? Boundaries? Morals? Ethics?

It’s a mad house I tell you! A mad house!

LAKELAND, Fla. — Eight teenagers have been arrested on charges alleging they beat another teen in an “animalistic attack” so they could make a videotape to post on YouTube.

Seven of them remained in juvenile detention Tuesday, authorities said. A boy who was charged as an adult had been released on bail.

Victoria Lindsay was attacked on March 30 by six teenage girls when she arrived at a friend’s home, authorities said.

One of the girls struck the 16-year-old victim on the head several times and then slammed her head into a wall, knocking her unconscious, according to an arrest report.

Child’s Birthday party ends tragically with drive by

A drive by shooting targeting a child’s birthday party is under investigation as police they try to figure out whether the gunmen meant to target a child’s party or not and who they were after.

Many children were wounded and one died as well as a 48 year old woman. The gunmen are still at large.

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A gunman drove up and opened fire at a child’s birthday party, killing a woman and 5-year-old girl and wounding four others, authorities said.

Mother stood by while boyfriend beat toddler to death

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

MT can’t even think of an appropriate punishment for such evil people.

Reports reveal that the mother knowingly allowed her boyfriend to beat the child on a regular basis and was fully aware he was beating the child with a cord and heard her cries and screaming and just went on her merry way. She was probably grateful that someone else was going to take the fall for getting rid of a baby she obviously felt was a burden.

Then, she puts on a good show for the police, crying and asking about the condition of her baby as she sat in the police station. MT thinks this was a calculated effort on her part to lessen her jail time as an accessory. After all, Judges an Juries fall for that crap all the time. Especially since jurors are the ones who aren’t smart enough to get out of jury duty, we leave our children’s fate in their hands.

While the mother stood by and watched her boyfriend beat her baby to death with a video game cord, she did nothing, yet cried at police station asking for updates on her baby??? Are you kidding me????? Sounds like she put on a good show, probably more concerned about thwarting jail time than her baby.

The mother admitted that the boyfriend had been beating the toddler for months. BOTH of them need to be charged with murder. This is outrageous. Can anybody imagine the suffering and pain this little baby went though before her body finally gave up?

During questioning at the police station, Johnson admitted to beating the girl but did not say why, Ward said. The toddler was beaten with a video game controller and cord, according to charging documents.

Just before 2:30 p.m. Sunday, the mother and boyfriend had called 911 to report the injured toddler, Ward said. After the beating, Johnson put the toddler in a bathtub to revive her but she remained unresponsive, according to court records.

Johnson then brought the wet, limp and unresponsive child to Baez and the two began CPR, court records say.

Afterward, the mother told police Johnson was beating her daughter and the child was screaming and then stopped, according to charging documents.

Baez was charged because she was home when Johnson allegedly beat the toddler but did not intervene or try to get help, Ward said.

Mother steals her 5 year olds identity

Tuesday, April 8th, 2008

Well, you know what they say — charity starts in the home.

NEW CARLISLE, Oh — Investigators said it was a case unlike any other they’ve seen. A New Carlisle woman is accused of stealing her 5-year-old daughter’s identity and using it multiple times.

“Whether it’s opening a line of credit to get credit cards, or basically stealing, it’s a pretty desperate situation,” said Sgt. Dustin White, of the Clark County sheriff’s department.

Tonya Michelle Lee, 35, was arrested on Monday and charged with one count of identity fraud. Investigators said she assumed her daughter’s identity in 2005 and used it in several different counties. They would not elaborate on what exactly Lee allegedly did with her daughter’s identity.
