I saw this on 11 live and they say this guy is having a trial this summer. Does anyone know when? His mother sounds real preoccupied with women of different races than african american and she seemed consumed with herself like instead of her son. I wont make a suggestion that that is a green light for this but he doesn’t act like somebody who had a real role model for a parent. Especially like a mother. He had to have alot of anger to do such a crime. That’s like the worse crime a person can do is ike murder but to shoot dead your mother and sisters that’s like the worst of worse!

I am cousins with Terius and I live in College Park but I am from New Orleans and Terius is really a nice man and he gives lot of money to help poor peoples back home.When Joy or whatever her name was had my cousin arrested she di not tells him she was going to call the news peoples to be there and she in’t give him a chance.So I was like Terius who is she?So he was like he didn’t even know her last name until court and he met her at this club an she was a girl he hit it with when he came through.He told me she didn’t mean nothing to him and he didn’t ask her to have his baby either.I was concerned about if he was going to take care of his baby and he said if she was his he would pay child support but he didn’t want anything to do with the child and her.He got married and pay his support and the little girl wined up being his.Then comes this girl huntin him down and snd threatin him to have him locked down since she was the police and things like that which I didn’t see that as right.He could have her locked down for threating his new wife and such and he didn’t.He just wanted her to leave his family the hell alone and she was like a fatal attraction.My cousin shouldn’t been out there messin arouns like that but he did pay her child support an it was from what he told me arounds 1,500 a month so she got her money.I don’t know why people ask why he didn’t see the baby and he didn’t want her mama and he really din’t know her and he took cares of this baby so women shouldnt have babys when they don’t know the man and then try to take it out on his wife and he shouldn’t been cheatin but he payed his child support and because he didn’t want her mama she go get a warrant just bein vicious an hed have to staightin in out in court after he one went to jail. Aint that somethin? I bet her son who did this to her he probably saw how his mama was scemin and he told her he wanted somthing and if she dint give it to him he did what he did.So yall be easy on my cousin because he gives money to people all over and paid his child support to this babys mama.He didnt loves this woman and he did what some men do but she gots her money from Terius every month.

It is heart wrenching when a chil oes this but she must have been a horrible influence from what we are all fining out.
I am a officer but didn’t work where she did. I have hear a lot about her an it seems like she had real issues.

Joy was not the kind of woman I would marry and she was preoccupied with her life so it looked to me like she left her son out of it for the most part. I grieve for the family but Joy raised him in her image and I knew her real good. She wasn’t the woman I would trust with my life to marry and always drama.

I can tell people that this boy did this 110%. I have been affiliated with the facts of this case and gun powder was discovered from his hands, up both arms, and all over his shirt. The GBI did their own investigation and his prints were found on the gun and gun powder he thought he had washed away was discovered under their blue light all over him and his clothing. It was in fact his mother’s gun he used. He is being tested to try to determine why he shows no emotion whatsoever since the evening he was incarcerated and charged. He is not standing trial now due to all the evaluations being conducted but I am convinced 110% he killed all three and it was her gun which ballistics tested confirmed he used in this killing of all three victims. He is the person who committed these murders with no doubt. Why we may or may never know.

Black people, when are we going to stop hating one another. Learn to forgive, stop being so bitter. We have enough obstacles in life just being Black, learn to love. Especially black women, we are so busy putting each other down, I feel sorry for all of the women who dwelt with this family, they seem so angry! I am really Anthony Jr’s cousin still here with no explaination and it seems that just like my daay beat my mam’s a** till she divorced him and was a drunk like Anthony Jr’s father and theirs, no wonder my cousin had real good examples. Not only was Joy a gold diggin w**** and b**** who did all she could to hurt others OUT OF JEALOUSY and ULITMATELY MET HER SAD FATE SHE CREATED, what a way to die? He must have hated her so and now he is exactly what his father wished for his half brother and yes, my other cousin whom makes me and my false pride family look like the idiots we all are. Being that I related to Joy and her children I have really got to say I have the inside story to what went on with them and everything yall hearing that sounds bad is bad and she was that.So it has b enn no surprise to those of us who didn’t cherry coat Joy and seen her the real her so this is how the story goes. She is where she is cuz she made Anthony the way he is. Thats the bottom line end of story and case closed so I heard of Marvin jr and I know who he is and I know he is embarrased by his cousin but Joy was a nasty person and no more nasty.

He did it. I am a employee with the jail where she worked and not a deputy but I knew her and he did it. I didn’t care for her. It’s a mess when these kids are killing there parents out here.

I first saw this on the news after it happened and I gave my opinion here. Now I read so much about this family and I must say that it has brought me into the light of maybe how things went so wrong with this teenager. I think now I understand how he probably ended up this way. I can see he didn’t have a very good example before him. It is very sad.

Regardless of her past… No one deserves to have their life taken.. No one can judge anyone but God… I don’t care how anyone speaks of her she didn’t deserve to lose her life, her children didn’t deserve to loose theirs.. God please have mercy on their Souls!!! You all have to excuse my nephew using the name of Oklahoma, Colleen, Robert and still ranting and raving about Joy dying because she was a nut and abusive to Anthony because she had him for the wrong reason and she let him know it. Because my nephew is eating up with anger that people all over are now aware what a gold digging hoe she was and ha her children by three different men as a meal ticket and tried to hurt people because she was so insecure and obviously jealous. It appears that Malisa and her son have not committed murder and are doing great which is obviously not true for our family. My newphew suffers from a mental disorder which debilitates his logical thinking and all while our family sit here with a nut case sitting in Dekalb county ga jail for three murders. He will never get out and he killed three people. Joy was very jealous and I do not see where anyone has implied she deserved it but certainly we understand how she created her fate and that of our family name, which we worship and everywhere we step people look at us for what we created. We are humbled now and my newphew can not stop what has happened. Perhaps we should have thought about that and tried not to be prejudiced, jealous, and ignorant, not to mantion plain arrogant, which we are in no position to be anymore. While Joy was sleeping aroun, immediately getting impregnated by three men right after meeting them and knwingly aware they were involved, while she pulled her gun on people and tried to build esteem trying to hurt others she feared were better, we should have warned her that the circle of life evolves back to all of us. Now what does she have? And while we were trying to keep Andre out of the picture and acting like black house slaves, Andre turned out unbelievably articulate, self aware, confident, and sain, while hsi half brother turned out an image of the real Joy who fostered who he became. Shame on us. We need to contain my wackco and seriously angered inmature newphew because he only makes us look like ignorant niggas, while we forgot we were even black. We did mistreat other black people along the way and for that I am sure we are all sorry. Well, Anthony and Andre’s father drinks so much now and he is having to face his own karma so their grandmother would love to claim Anre these days; seems like she ran to his mother’s Nissan calling out her name an his mother strared her in the face and put the foot to the peddle. Now the closure will ultimately come after all our money does not get Anthony a bond, when he does stand trial, after he is found guilty, and once he is sentenced. Then the humility will come for us all to seeks out Andre and it will occur because that is what happens to Anthony and Andre’s grandmother and Joy for practicing voodoo on a child and his mother out of jealousy and hatred with no provocation, for denouncing a gifted child as Andre was, and being pure evil. As Andre put it, “They enjoyed their money and denying me. They enjoyed the ride and now let them deal with their own karma.” So our family and Joy participated in very truly wicked misdeeds, especially trying to rip a chil from his mother and ruinging their lives permanently. We have to answerfor that and it may get worse until we all acknowledge what we did sinisterly evil. Andre didn’t take his mother’s gun and shoot her multiple times along with his two sisters. That speaks volumes and she had everything to do with how her son turned out just as Andre’s mother had everything to do with how nice he turned out and she did it against the odds and in the face of evil, racism, poverty at times, and apparently aGo above is allowing us to be punished. Case closed.

I went to school with this boy’s father and I knew Drey’s mom. It is nothing new that the Terrells have had their attitudes looking down other black folks since we were growing up. I knew how he treated Drey when he was a little something and you don’t treat no child like that and so the one he put on a pedistal and could do no wrong is the one locked up for the unthinkable. Drey and his mom are doing fine and I say hats off to both of them and that’s what the Terrells get.
