Day care worker charged with raping student

Jesus, where did the Royal Children’s Academy find this guy? And how did he pass a background check? And why did he have unsupervised access of the kids while they were sleeping? And…? And…? There’s just so much wrong with this screwed up situation. We guarantee a lawsuit by the parents is forthcoming…

Cesar Monarrez, 18, had worked at the Royal Children’s Academy part-time for about three or four months, officials said. According to an arrest warrant for Monarrez, the alleged victim described how he inappropriately touched her.

She told authorities that her privates were burning because “Bubba” touched her with a knife inside his pocket. Police identified Bubba as Monarrez, and investigators said closed-circuit video shows him pushing his hands beneath the girl’s waistband while she was asleep.

Monarrez has been charged with rape.

My child goes to this daycare and it is without question that he will not be going for very much longer. I do feel that the daycare handled this to lightly. I didnt know about this until the 12th when it aired on the news and the daycare learned about it on the 5th. I feel that they would not have informed parents about this if it hadnt been aired and that scares me because it makes me wonder what kind of people they let work with the kids up there.

My children went to this day care also. My children are not going there anymore. I never had any suspicions about Cesar and the management is standing by the story that there is nothing on the tape that would show he did any wrong. Weather or not he is guilty I don’t know I have not seen the tape. But I do know that I had to rethink my children going to daycare. I am lucky enough to have family to watch my kids. The way the management handled the situation was completely wrong. The parents should have been notified that there had been a accusation before we saw the news crew when we went to pick up our kids. I no longer trust that the center has my children’s interest at heart. They were only trying to keep things quiet for there $$.

they will all be held responsible.. i assure you that much. when the little girl was assualted at nap time there were no adults present in the room. also a red flag… children being left unattended as young as 3 and 4 years old. what kind of sick people hide tapes, dont run background checks, lie on camera about having done background checks, and stand behind a man in jail due to what i will go ahead and assure everyone is CLEAR evidence on the tape of an innocent sleeping child being abused. these people treat children like cash cattle and must be stopped and held responsible for their gross neglegence. at all costs.
