Girl attacked by wild dogs

Why are there wild feral dogs in this town anyway? You can’t put the blame on the dogs, after all if it wasn’t for some humanbeings not spaying or neutering their dogs things like this wouldn’t happen.If people would be responsible for their pets,and make sure they don’t have litters or if they do,make sure they have homes and not just diespose of them like they are throw away trash then things like this would not happen.But there are those who do not take care of their responsibilities and others have to pay..I hope this young lady is fine and BRAVO TO HER BROTHER..I only hope that all learn from this accident and lets keep it from being a tragedy. Please spay and neuter your pets, and if you cannot afford to, DO NOT GET A PET, THEY ARE NOT THROW AWAYS THEY LIVE,BLEED,FEEL, AND BREATHE TOO!!AND THEY ALSO WANT TO BE LOVED AND HAVE A FOREVER HOME!!THESE Dogs probably would of been GREAT Pets too if they weren’t wild and that all is because of a HUMAN!!!!!
