Diet and Exercise

Want to try to squeeze back into your pre-pregnancy clothes (or, like us, at least get back to within two sizes of them)? Use some of these resources and you'll have those sexy curves back in no time.

WEIGHT WATCHERS ONLINE
*Beauty Editor's Pick!*
Busy moms often can't find the time to go to weight watcher's meetings and with their highly intuitive web tools, now you don't have to. I am especially fond of the "flex points" program in which thousands and thousands of foods are already pre-programmed in their database to make your weight loss journey simple. In my opinion, Weight Watchers online is the best diet tool on the web.

How does it work?
You enter your height, weight and goal weight, based on those factors, you are allotted a certain amount of points per day. Enter the foods you each into their user intuitive database and it automatically deducts the food points from your days total. If the food item is not in their database, simply enter calories, fat, protein, portion size and save it in your database. Exercising will give you points back for the day! What motivation! Plus, a certain amount of "cheat" points are given to you each week (save them for a night out or us them on a daily basis to increase your intake allotment). I lost 30lbs on this program last year and you can do it too! Standard monthly fees are $46.90 for the 1st month $16.95 each additional month thereafter or pick the 3-month savings plan which is $65.00 for the first 3 months and $16.95 for each additional month thereafter.

EDIETS
eDiets is an exhaustively extensive menu of diet plans that include plans that have food delivered right to your door. Other diet choices include the Slimfast Diet, The Blood Type Diet, The Mayo Clinic Plan, Trim Kids (to help kids stay healthy and fit) and my favorite, the alternative to Jenny Craig, amongst others. The amount of information and resources on this site are almost overwhelming and I find it confusing at times. With a large community base and nutrition tracking tools, this award-winning site may be what you're looking for. $15.96 per month ($25 early termination fee if canceled before the end of 3 months.)
