He won't stay off the table! Darn monkey. Can I velcro his feet to the floor?

Molly was caught not only on the table, but pulling on the chandelier! One small movement away from swinging!!!!!! Shocked

She will also push a chair to the icemaker, the counter, the oven, anyplace and climb up on it. She's a bad, bad baby! Twisted Evil

Why dont you try putting tacks on the table and let me know how that works! Wink

Funny thing you mention this! Aaron keeps trying to climb everything. We have this little korean dinner table on the floor and he's also climbing on it (it's literally 1 foot off the ground) but then he sits and screams until I come take him off because he doesn't realize how to get down. And then he just gets right back on again, and then starts screaming. Rolling Eyes
I can't sit with him on my lap while at the table because all he does is wriggle nonstop to try and climp up on the table.

And he took two steps tonight. THey aren't his first steps, but the most he's taken yet. And I'm so very excited and scared about his walking. Laughing

When you're done with the velco, send it over here will ya? Graham likes the end table. He's fond of the view there.

Becky, how exciting that Aaron is beginning to walk! I'm sure I mentioned this before, but I have a friend who has this piece of advice for moms: When your babies start to walk, knock 'em down!

blaaaahhhhh...these boys wore me out today. I could hardly lift my head up off the kitchen table by the time dh got home. Ever have one of those days when you feel like you take two steps forward and one step back? Well, today it was two steps forward and three steps back. I busted my butt straightening and cleaning and for what? Ugh.

There must have been something in the air on Saturday. Lauren was nutso as well. My dh and I were so exhausted we were going to play Trival Pursuit, and instead ended up falling asleep on the coach at 10:15pm. Totally sad. Laughing

I don't know, she just would NOT listen on Saturday, and she kept doing booty dances and hiding when I would tell her stuffl, "Lauren, pick your shoes up and go put them in your closet" - Lauren then runs down the hall, crawls under the kitchen table, and tries to hide up against the wall. I have to get on my hands and knees to pull her out and place her in time out. This was repeated for different things about 4 times. Then after bath she ran out of the bathroom while I was drying her and did the booty dance all over the living room while my dh and I were trying to catch her. Normally, this wouldn't have been that big a deal, but because she was just so defiant all day, I had to go take a walk for a minute before tackling the going to bed ritual.
Sunday was like a different kid, I have no idea what got in to her or the atmosphere on Sat., but it was a difficult day!!

I agree, Saturday was a day from hell. Somerset is cutting her two-year molars one at a time, very painfully and tearfully, true to her teething form. See, if there really was a God, babies would be born with all their teeth! Laughing

Owen is a total homewrecker. I wish I had the energy to take a pic and load it now. He tipped over the bookshelf, so there are a hundred books scattered all over the floor. He tipped over the lego table, so there are legos all over the floor. He tore off the lids of both the Little People farm accessories and the castle accessories, so those are all over the floor. He tipped over the glider and the ottoman. He pulled out the coffee table drawer, so the collection of 15 remotes are spread far and wide.

And that's just the living room.

I won't go into details regarding the state of the playroom right now. Rolling Eyes
