I love slicing potatos, onions, and green peppers up with some butter and putting it in tin foil & cooking it along with our steaks (they go on a bit longer)It's nice to have next to no clean up after a nice meal!

Here's a recipe for Fruit Salsa. This one from Allrecipes.com is the one I use. It is phenominal!!!! With the chip, I do it a little different. I cut flour tortillas into triangles, spray both sides of them with PAM on wax paper, toss them in a ziplock bag with cinnamon and sugar, then bake on a sheet at 400 degrees. Don't let them overlap or they get hard and chewy.

Everyone asks me to bring this to BBQs all the time. A friend had me make it for a baby shower she was hosting, and she took half of it and topped a Costco cheesecake with it. Yum-O!
