How is everyone doing? And where's Eileen?? Anyone heard from her?

I had my first appt today and it was fine. I did get an u/s and the little peanut is in there complete with heartbeat! I told my family today and my mom seemed... less than thrilled and my sister was mad that I had known for weeks and not told her sooner. Sigh. Families are crazy!!

I am dry-heaving every morning and nauseated all day so that's about normal I guess!

Congrats on seeing your baby, that is wonderful. Why is your mom "less than thrilled?" I'll never understand that, why people are haters when it really doesn't affect them. It's your baby, you gotta take care of it, so what does it matter to anyone else, kwim?

Ugh, Annie, that sucks about your mom. Mad I was really expecting the same reaction from my parents, but they were actually excited and happy -- surprised the hell out of me! My mom already volunteered to come out when the baby comes. That's good because we will need someone to help with the kids while I'm being split open again. Wink My mom drives me nuts, but she's an awesome playmate with the kids and will keep them occupied and cleans the house non-stop, so that's perfect. thumbright

I'm dying for an Eileen update. flower

Here I am. I tried loggin in the other week and it was wiggy I couldn't get to the board.

My update - had my NT scan - everything looks good. I 'm a 14 weeks now. So, feeling better, not as tired/exhausted.

DH has been away a lot dealing with family issues, his brother is in the hospital in FL. So, its been nice for me to just have the house to myself.

I'm taking pictures of myself pregnant. I didn't realize how fat I've become, I look like my mother. It has now depressed me.
