I want to sell some of my maternity clothes and cloth diapers on ebay. So I know some of you are/were ebay experts and I have some questions.
HB, most of this stuff I bought when I was pg with Aaron, due in Nov. But it was hot all the way through so a lot of it will be good for summer. Will I get bids from people maybe finding out they are pg now and going to be due in April/May? Most of it is shirts and jeans so not for too hot weather, stuff that can be worn in the spring. Okay to sell now?
Also cloth diapers. Are these big sellers on ebay or should I stick to the specialty sites that auction diapers only? |

the rule of thumb for selling clothes on ebay is to stick to the season you see in the stores. Right now winter stuff is selling well, summer stuff would bomb. You probably wouldn't get bids from people finding out they are pg now, because most people want to know what gender they are having before shopping, especially for stuff they can't return, kwim?
Cloth diapers are hot hot hot on ebay and I'm sure you'll be happy with the results of those auctions! It is not uncommon for used cloth diapers that are in good shape to sell for 90% of their value when new, or more! I sold a couple dozen CPF's for the same price I bought them when they were new, the covers too. |
