How is everyone doing? I weighed myself today and I've got 11.5 pounds to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but since I was already overweight to begin with, I'm aiming to lose 30.
This week my goal is to...drink more water! I'm so bad about this. I have always had lots of diet soda and the occasional cup of coffee or tea, but used to also drink lots of water. Now I go days without a glass of water. Bad, I know. So this week I'm just concentrating on my water intake. I also hope to get in a few workouts, but the water thing is my top priority.
So...after I finish this diet coke right here I'm going to have some water
What are everyone's goals? What do you hope to accomplish this week? |

| Haven't budged after those 5 lbs. It was period week though, so I'm excused. My short term goal is two pounds by Friday (I could do it). My intermediate goal is 6 (more) pounds by the end of April, with a total then of 20 lbs by mid-June when I have my surgery. |

| My goal for this week is to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I am horrible about drinking water!!! Horrible! |

| I managed three 8 oz glasses of water yesterday. Not great, but better than zero. |

| My goals for this week was to make it to the gym at least 5 days and keep watching my eating. I did really well since last thurs but then this morning I dropped J off at school and went to go spinning and the gym was closed.....there is not another time I can go today though. |

| I've lost five pounds since Sunday! LOL I plan on drinking lots of water starting this week. I've been drinking two water bottle per day, and I'd like to up that to four. I am also going to stop snacking after dinner. |

Well I made it to the gym yesterday and today and plan on going tomorrow (but the class I like always fills up). I also resisted the ice cream man and instead of eating a whole cookie sandwich myself i had a tiny bite and gave the rest to Manda  |
