The Imperfect Parent is sponsoring a walker in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer event in Chicago on June 2-3. We are asking for donations as little as $1 to help meet our goal of $1,000. Read more details and donate here:

Our neighbor, who is a nurse has had several close friends and relatives afflicted with breast cancer is doing the walking. I think she's walking 40 miles and for woman near 50, I'm impressed. We've pledged to sponsor her and give as much as we can. It's a great cause.
