Last night, I was laying down with Seamus after we read stories. (we do this every night-- the boy has a lot on his mind and he has to get it out before he can sleep) He had been quiet for a while, and I thought that he was asleep. Then, out of the blue, he says;
"Mom, do you think that Grandpa Dave poops? (this is my dad we're talking about). I bet that he does, but since he lives alone, there is no one to see him do it."
My son, poop philosopher. |

I really wanted to say that he'd have to ask his Grandpa for himself, but, you know, he would. So I kind of dodged that it was a question, and just said 'You have really interesting thoughts.'
