when the insurance nurse lady came that day she took blood and pee for a full work-up. My results are in...

And I'm perfect! cheers

Other than being fat, Confused , I'm absolutely great.

Cholesterol is 150, and all the subsets of cholesterol are ideal.

All the various levels of everything from the blood chemistry and urine results are optimal.

Also, I appear to be HIV negative and am not under the influence of alcohol or cocaine. Wink

This was such a relief to me. Knowing how fat I am I was so worried that my insides were all gunked up too.


Dh's results have not come in yet. Since the nurse visit he has done a complete turn around. He has given up Pepsi. Shocked For somebody who's complete liquid intake was 95% Pepsi (the other 5% being milk on cereal), this is HUGE. I am so proud of him! The caffeine and sodium that he is now not consuming through that will help the blood pressure issue, and he will be cutting out at least 600 calories a day too! thumbright
