I would like to get another stroller and am considering a Maclaren. The Graco travel system has served me well so far, but I want something lightweight, plus we'd like to keep one stroller in each car.
I'm looking at the Triumph...has anyone used a Maclaren before? They get mostly positive reviews so I'm guessing it's worth the money.
If you have any other comments/reviews about any other strollers let me know! Mostly I'm looking for something lightweight, compact when it's folded up (I drive a Ford Focus and the damn Graco stroller takes up my whole trunk!) and can recline a bit for my little guy. |

I LOVE the Maclaren stroller!! I've used almost every stroller made on earth and the Maclaren rocks! Get it. Now! |

I have 2 Gracos and they are neither small nor light, it's true!! A friend of mine just found a Maclaren (or maybe it was a Peg Perego?) on e-bay for $50 in fantastic shape.. maybe you could try that??

Ok, so after shopping around I got a 2004 model Maclaren Triumph new-in-box for $108 including shipping. I'm soooo happy with it! I can't believe how light and manuverable it is.
I haven't gotten to take DS out in it yet, but we did put him in there tonight in the living room just to be sure he fit ok. I can't wait to use it outside my living room! |

| It sounds great. My graco is falling appart. I am reluctant to replace it , as my yongest son is 2-1/2 and just about done with it anyway. |

LOL. We did the same test drive -- in the living room.
I'm glad you like it so far. I just adore my Maclaren and all my customers at Nordstrom feel the same way about theirs. The only difference between them and us (as in Scott and I), is that we thought it was expensive but worth it. Nordstrom customers think it is just so, so economical. It's funny, I had a mother say, "Yeah, and you can't beat the price, it's the best stroller ever and at that price, it's almost disposible." Can you believe that??? I'm so sure!
Anyway, I digress. It really is well-made. Have fun!! |

Omigod! I can't imagine thinking it is disposible
It was a stretch for my budget, but well worth the expense.
I used it at the mall today and it was a DREAM! You can steer it with one hand And it is much less bulky than my Graco stroller, so way easier to move around in the stores. This is probably my second favorite baby item after the bouncy seat. |
