I liked some of that book too! It's been a while since I read it though so I don't remeber specifics except for sections on how regular moms always compare themselves to perfect, skinny, well rested celeb moms (who have hired help, cooks, trainers, etc) and we always feel like we fail in comparison. I don't necessarily buy into all that myself but I can see how that would be an easy thing to do.
Another book I just read is Motherhood in the age of Anxiety and that was pretty good, along the same lines of how mothers expect perfection from themselves and how that has made us a bunch of worrywarts who need to relax and take some time out for ourselves.
