He's been crying non-stop for hours and hours. Running a temp of 101.2-101.4...and that's with Tylenol. Going in to see the ped at 6.

Two days before Christmas. Sad

Could it be his ears? That fever isnt really that high, I have found that the drs only worry when it get to be 105 or so, or runs low (101 ish) for more than a few days. Take it from me, I am at the doctor every week, at least once, lol! I am so sorry he is sick! Give him some advil too if it has been more than 2 hours after the tylenol. You can overlap them and I have found that advil works better for my kids. Poor Owen!!!!!!!!! Crying or Very sad

Oh that sucks! I hope he feels better soon. Try motrin. It works waaaaaaaaaaaaayy better/faster than tyelnol.

I was thinking an ear infection also, but they checked out nice and clear. His throat is fine...no sniffles or cough. Just a mystery fever. Doc Annie, you are correct. The ped doesn't want to see him again unless the fever continues through next week.

He was all normal and happy-go-lucky during the appointment, but as soon as we left he started crying again. Blah! I hope this doesn't keep up!

I am glad they didnt find anything, but in a way I almost like it better if it is something smallish and treatable so you can stop worrying and get them better!! Confused

Is he teething? Maybe he is feeling holiday stress like the rest of us....
