Ok everyone I thought Id make a new topic about two things that drive YOU crazy about your spouse and two things that you think drive your SPOUSE crazy about you. And no...Im not talking the good kind of crazy....get your heads out of the gutter! lol
It seems to me that every marriage has its problems and every couple has things that they wish they could change about each other. Does that mean that youre not happy or in love just b/c there are things that drive you two nuts? In my mind no...well at least not right away! lol
So...two things that drive me crazy about my hubs...WOW...only two? What was I thinking?! lol
1. He acts more like another kid that I have to pick up after and take care of sometimes.
2. (OMG...this one truely drives me CRAZZZZY!) When I ask him to watch the kids so that I can go to the store or out to get a drink with a friend and he tells me this, "Im not a babysitter! Im off work today!"! Well no $^#* its called being a father!
Two things that probably drive him crazy...nothing...Im perfect! LMAO!!! JUST KIDDIN!!!
1. I like to have "me time" instead of watch Rambo and Rocky movies with him.
2. I ask him sometimes to take out the trash or wipe a butt (of one of our kids of course!).
So what are your two things? C'mon...dont be embarrassed! Let it out! VENT!!! lol |

I'm not going to comment about my husband, but know 2 things that I do that annoys him. They both have to do with communication.
1. Changing subjects in mid-sentence. Does anyone else do this? Is it a girl thing?
2. Sometime when I tell him something I think I'm saying one thing and he thinks I'm saying something entirely different. Our words don't mean the same thing.
I do want to add that we love each other very much and this doesn't happen often. |

Things that drive me CRAZY!!! well, nothing of course, i'm a newlywed! JUST KIDDING!
1. he watches and scrutinizes every penny i spend...can't get a coffee w/o being questioned. (i understand he wants to save for the future, but WTF?)
2. he watches sports center day and nite...are you serious? i don't mind watching a game, but listening to those obnoxious commentators...give me a break!
Things that most definitely drive him CRAZY!!!
1. i complain i'm fat ALL the time, and i'm really not THAT big (i'm like 115 lbs). but the older i get, i'm feeling so much looser in those "hard to tone" areas...YUCK!!!
2. can i say 2 things i'm opening up here...i suck my thumb!!! he HATES it...it's oh so childish. i just can't stop-since the womb. and of course, i spend too much money!
there you go! not too bad |

1. I swear he is deaf!!! But if its a football game is on, no problems...LOL!!!!
2. When he does the dishes, he thinks the counter tops is not part of doing the dishes!!
Ok now, the things that I do that would drive my hubby crazy:
1. I have absolutely no patience...I really try to, but can't help it!!!
2. Talking to my sister.( about 1hr. to 3 hrs. everyday, we have alot to talk about, LOL!!) |

Wow, this is all so very theraputic!
OK here goes.
He:
went back to chewing tobacco again after quitting for 10 months. This is the thousandth time he's quit!
sleeps in the living room chair a lot! And if I don't wake him (he's too sleepy to remember that I DO wake him) he gets his feelings hurt. Weeeell, climb in bed if you feel tired!
I:
have very little patience. I go off the handle at very little. Him, the kids, no one is safe.
repeat myself a lot in conversations. I make my point, then sum it up again worded a little differently. |

Ooohhh...can I play ?
2 things that hubby does to irritate me (can it only be 2?) LOL
1. Says uh-huh (like he heard me) when I'm talking, but really has no idea what I said.
(These 2 are on along the same line ;o)
2. Never puts a new trash bag in the trashcan when he takes out the trash...and never brings the trash can back up from the road.
2 things I do to annoy him? Hmmm...nothing! HAHA - seriously, though....
1. Talk all the time so he has to do #1 above LOL
2. Demand that he discipline the kiddos, then take over when i don't like how he does it (oops?!) |

I hadnt thought about that one! Yeah, I do that sometimes too! But sometimes my hubs can get a little loud and over exagerate so I'll take over! He didnt really have a father around a whole lot growing up and was NEVER around kids before we had ours so hes still learning! |

HIM
1. He uses crazy wacked out stories to try and make a point about a discussion or disagreement we are having...and he takes SOOOOOO long to do it that I can no longer remember what the hell we were originally talking about!!!
2. He leaves the toilet seat up!!!!!!!!!!!
ME
1. I make faces... A lot (I thought I was doing good that I didn't say the thing out loud which created the facial expression in the first place....but I guess not)
2. I correct his grammar....A lot (only in private...but I do it so he doesn't sound like an ass in public...exactly what color IS the "pigment" of my imagination?) |

Okay...first...stop the "I'm fat crap" WICKED annoying coming from a skinny chick! You feel fat? Get fatter friends...you'll feel skinny...and before people start blasting me I AM THE FAT FRIEND so BACK OFF (I can totally take you )
Second...really? You suck your thumb? Are you a switch hitter or do you have a preference? Do you do it all the time at home/public or just like at bedtime or something..I have NO idea why this is so intriguing to me...but it just is! I hope you don’t mind me asking. |

LOL...
just saw your post...NO i'm not a switch hitter
it's usually when i'm lying around the house...but i'm not afraid to suck it around anyone! i used to be terrified when i was younger that one of my friends would see me doing it! i made my mom check on me once i fell asleep to make sure i wasn't sucking my thumb when i had sleep overs! anywho...it's very comical...this i know!!! and my hubby HATES it...but he's TOO gassy, so we're even!!!!!!!!! |
