I would like to see David Cook win. I think he is more of a rock and roller and this to me is more Idol like. I think David A has a really good chance of winning because of his fan base(and he is very talented as well) but I am not 100% sold that he is the true idol. I hope I do not offend any of his fans but he sings everything the same and it is perfect and very nice but just doesn't keep me and my hubs interest. David Cook on the other hand keeps us very interested and is so very original in his music it makes us look forward to watching his next performance. I think either David has a great chance of making it huge in the music business but I will be thrilled if David Cook wins.
Can I just mention also how wrong I think it is that David A's Dad caused controversy in these final weeks for his son. I think it is a shame for David A. that his Dad is so overbearing and had to be removed from the behind the scenes action. News like this can swing votes and his Dad should have thought of his son more. Sit down and be quiet Dad. Guess when you are 17 you don't have the ability to say this to your Dad. |

I dunno, I would be happy with either them winning. I happen to like David Cook more as well, because I think he's a little more grown up and David A. is just too teeny-bopper for me. His voice is perfect, but he needs to think for himself and stop allowing his Dad to control his career and life. I see a law suit in David A's future, against his parents!
The bottom line, I think I can see myself buying a David C. CD whereas I don't think I would ever buy a David A. CD, although I think he's amazing, especially for his age. |

| Oh, I was so nervous tonight watching A.I. My heart was actually thumping! I want David Cook to win. I was so afraid that Shyesa was going to make it to the final two because that happened last year. I thought Melinda Doolittle would make it to the top two. Heck, I thought she'd win the whole thing. I was relieved and happy when David C. made it to the top two! I don't know who will win but personally I think it should be David Cook! |

| They're both getting record deals regardless of the result tonight, so it doesn't matter much to me. You know some music exec is already drooling over David Lee Cook as the "next (much uglier) Daughtry". And David A.'s tween/teen fan base is too obvious to ignore. |

I'll refrain from commenting on the "hotness" of a 17 year old boy, but David Lee Cook looks like he was hit in the face with a frying pan, and his hair was cut by a blind one-armed barber with a pair of rusty scissors.
As Simon would say, "Sooo-rrry!" |

| I wouldn't be surprised if people voted for David A just out of pity for him. Ya never know with his crazy father and all. lol. Just kidding. Honestly I loved David A in the beginning. He was my favorite! Then Syesha. But my opinion has completely changed and I've fallen for David Cook! lol. David A bores me now. I dont look forward to him singing because its the same thing every week! I absolutely love Switchfoot and David Cook rocked that song! I spent a good hour trying to vote for him the other night. I only got through 5 times and they all had 3 lines to each one of them. The voting process is a little wacky in my opinion. I dont have all night to sit there and try to get through. |

I don't know which is more screwed up, the fact that you said that, or the fact that I'm out of breath laughing so hard.
Yeah, I agree, i'll stay away from any subject involving checking out a 17 tear old's hotness. |

LOL! I wasn't talking about David A. being hot. Heavens no! He's a little boy for crying out loud! I was talking about Cook and Daughtery (sorry if I spelled that wrong)
And no he does NOT look like he was hit with a frying pan! |

After Michael Johns got the boot (I'm still not over that) I've been rooting for David Cook. Really entertaining.
Like so many have said before, David A has MAJOR talent and a beautiful voice. Buuuuuuuuutttttt, he is so boring! "Imagine" was great becasue it was his first, but after seeing him sing every song all season the same way, would we still feel the same if he didn't sing it first, and instead sang it last night?
And even when he sang "With You" by Chris Brown, a newer, more modern song, it still tanked.
At least David Cook knows when to rock out an unconventional song, and when to leave it be. |

I think you should be allowed to vote one time, and one time only. That's the only way it will ever really be fair. |

| I def agree with ya. I like how Dancing with the Stars alots you only 5 votes. That way you can give a vote to different people or all to one person. Yea.. because youngs girls definitly stay up all night voting for their favorite. Me on the other hand have no time for that.. haha. |

Well I agree about the one vote rule but don't they get some cut of the money for each vote that is sent? I am thinkin' they are pretty happy to have those teenagers on their phones ringin' up the bill |

| I believe that was a rumor with the whole voting/money cut. I remember them addressing that back in season 3 that it was definitly not true. But who knows, things change. Hey if it is true.. damn I would be telling everyone I know to vote Vote vote. lol |
