My daughter was the same way. One day she just didn't want to eat her baby food anymore so I had to find alternatives or ways to trick her. hehe.
I found that adding half a jar of baby food like bananas to her bottle of formula. I hid a lot of her baby foods in her bottle and she had no idea.
Also since she had a lot of teeth already, I fed her veggie puffs and apple wagon wheels made by gerber. They are a healthy alternative to snacking. They also make cheese puffs now. My daughter is 2 and she loves them!! They melt right in your mouth and they aren't as messy as other cheese curls. And these all give your child a serving of fruits and veggies.
I know how frustrating it is because they are so young and you can't really give them any table food yet. But what you can do is buy V8 Fusion juice. One cup equals one serving of fruit and veggies. My daughters pediatrician did recommend this!! & my daughter still drinks this juice. It comes in a variety of flavors
Oh, also I fed my daughter the Gerber mash-potatoes that have veggies mashed in them. She loved them and they aren't too thick and are easy to swallow.
