Hi there, I'm nearly 37, have a wonderful son of just 2 and about 6months ago decided to try for another, was 110% sure this was the month, my periods are quite regular, 38-32 days, so it was 10 days late so went to doc last friday but urine test came back negative! She took bloods but results won't be back till Tuesday, for my own peace of mind took a home test which also came back negative, now boobs are so sore, think AF is on the way, can anyone help, do you think there is any chance I am preggers?

Gosh, I'm not sure.

I do think some women have found out they were pregnant and still had periods, but with the accuracy of pregnancy tests today, I think false negatives are becoming more and more rare.

You know, a lot of women have a bout of infertility with their second baby. How long have you been trying for #2?
