My very cheap one I got when we got married 10 years ago has croaked. I need a new one. I am leaning towards the KitchenAids. Anyone have opinions?

Just wanted to chime in and say I would appreciate those opinions as well since I'm also in the market...

Kitchenaid. The thing that sold it over the Cuisinart for me is that it comes with a smaller, second bowl so you don't have dirty up the whole deal just to make some breadcrumbs or something. And look-- on sale at Amazon

If I remember correctly, Cook's Illustrated backs me up on this one, too.

We have a LOT of KitchenAid appliances and other than the stand mixer we have been incredibly disappointed in all of them. Confused

I actually don't have one to recommend, I was just going to recommend NOT getting the KitchenAid. dontknow
