Ditto to MM and SG. It is me who has trouble getting up in the morning. When hubby was working I had to get everyone up and off to school along with me getting to work. But now that hubby is home he get them up and breakfast and to school and I am a woman of leisure. I have little incentive to want dh to get a job!

You know, I've been thinking about this, and I'm not so sure. At least in my dh's case, it's that he just can't handle a curveball before 9 am or so. Can you teach someone how to multitask? I can't decide whether this is a tyranny of incompentence issue ("I just can't function in the morning, so you'll have to do everything"-- wink wink) or some fundamental ~thing~ that he has no control over. I prefer to believe that it's the latter, since I didn't marry a manipulative bastard. It's infuriating, though, because I am not a morning person at all, but I no longer have the choice to not function well in the am. On the plus side, Seamus is, thus far, a very chipper person in the morning, so maybe there's hope for him.
