| Ok, so Jeffrey's collection was interesting, maybe even good, but WHY did he win? Uli totally should've won. I don't get it at all. Laura's collection was my fave, but I guess I can see how it was all evening wear and not a lot of variety. |

Laura's collection was fabulous. I had a feeling that she wouldnt' win just because she didn't break out of her box, but holy hell. That girl has a career in eveningwear, that's for sure.
Honestly, it was a tossup between Uli and Jeffrey for me. Jeffrey had a couple of bombs, but I wasn't really wowed by Uli's collection as a whole.
The big shock for me was Michael. 1970's pirate hooker? What was he thinking?

OMG, I am totally with you. I didn't get to see the finale until a week later because we were in Disney, but I was stunned (STUNNED!) when I did. It was a big WTF moment. Uli was robbed. ROBBED! Based on the runway collection alone (which is what they were to judge it on) Uli was so much better than Jeffrey. Laura collection was fabulous and if I had lots of fancy functions to attend I'd wear everything she sent down the runway (especially the last one with the beading and chartruse belt), but it didn't have a wide appeal. I hope she has a colection coming out soon and that it's affordable. We do get to go to formal military balls and I would lurve to wear something of hers.
Back to Uli and Jeffrey. Robbed! ROBBED! The boards on TWOP are lit up with outrage.
And Micheal? All I could do was shake my head. Poor baby. I love him, but his whole collection was a bit to 'Captain Save-a-Ho' for me.
Damn, do I watch season 4? My love for Tim Gunn and Michael Kors will probably drag me back. I'm such a TV whore. |

I loved Laura's collection too. I think if she had left in the red and green pieces she might have won. She probably should have done a few dressy sports wear or theater suit type things too like the dog walking outfit that she did for one of the challenges.
I kind of liked Jeffery's collection esp. the stripes and dots, not so much the leather, I didn't think any of it was particularly forward though, kind of retro looking actually. He should have been auf'ed several challenges back in my opinion quite a few of his were dogs, including the traveling outfit which he won with.
I did enjoy watching the finally at my neighbors house though. It was the first time I got to watch it "live". Maybe next season I will be one of the contestants . |

I hope so! I would be cheering for you!
I admit it...I loved the green and white striped dress that Jeffrey did. It was adorable and a few of the other pieces were cool. But to me it just didn't come near Laura's designs. He should have been auf'ed after the Mom challenge. I thought Angela and her mom were kind of annoying too, but the outfit he made was unflattering and fugly.
And Uli should've won that couture challenge! |

I liked Laura's collection. I'm just a sucker for fancy dresses I never get to wear! LOL
But since Laura didn't win, I'm glad it was jeffery. I think it's stunning for him to come from where he did and walk away with it all. A true "rags to riches" story. Although I do believe he should have been sent home before the finals. Some of his stuff was horrible!
I really didn't like Angela's stuff and thought she should have gone home after she didn't help her partner (I forget his name now) with his clothes. Even the pairs that showed some horrible stuff should have been able to stay becaseu Angela didn't lift a finger that whole challenge! And I think the whole thing between Jeffery and Angela's mom was instigated on Angela's mom 's side. I truly believe that Angela had told her mom that she and Jeffery didn't get along and this was mom's way of helping her daughter and making Jeffery look bad at the same time.
I really wanted Kayne to win. Even if some of his stuff was a bit "Elvis-y", I still really liked it and would have LOVED too see an entire collection of his choosing. |

Jess...I don't watch Lost either. I'm just not a drama kind of gal. Give me comedy! I usually don't like reality type shows either and high fashion for me is a cool track suit so I'm not sure why I got into PR |
