While we're on the subject; why is it that the parents of only children seem to think that since they have only children that "quality" can only come from that arrangement of having one child?

I have a friend who always says: "Well I only have one so we have to do things right", as if when you have more you are not attempting to do things right! Razz

I can't win PP. You are going to say I am defensive no matter what I say. So have it. I think at this point we really are arguing over semantics.

Can I add that I am not sure that an only child forum is the best place to air your complaints on what some parents of only children say?

I am only the parent I can be to the child I have. I can't defend why or who does what or why things of people in a demographic I exist in say things.
